I can't tell you how many times I have jacked up my back and tailbone doing sit ups like that, heck we have even used pads during P.T. on a hard surface and that still managed to hurt after a while.

I have trainings harder that this when we have summer camp in basketball.
When you are good trained you are strong in mind and a body too.. but when you are older it`s more painfull to stay in form like this

i always get the raw skin between my ass cheeks right below my tailbone. sucks. i hate situps, burns when i take a shower after PT tests.

I know how you feel, that crap is the worst. I have gotten the raw skin right on my tail bone before and daaaaaaang did that hurt after 60+ situps.
