  • this says so much for the US training! They look like theyre coasting it! A 6 mile run is nothing! Thats done plenty of times in british basic training and these us soldiers look like theyre breathing out of their assholes! Im glad im British!   • i used to do 1000 of basic ones and they arent even hard so... they must be physicaly exausted from all the rest of the training i think ...

  • Sad to see sit-ups done completely wrong every time you watch the army train. They are seriously damaging their backs and minimising their gains.

  • I can't tell you how many times I have jacked up my back and tailbone doing sit ups like that, heck we have even used pads during P.T. on a hard surface and that still managed to hurt after a while.

  • i always get the raw skin between my ass cheeks right below my tailbone. sucks. i hate situps, burns when i take a shower after PT tests.

  • I know how you feel, that crap is the worst. I have gotten the raw skin right on my tail bone before and daaaaaaang did that hurt after 60+ situps.
