Dude i'm from Argentina, and i know very well the Dogo Argentino, and to be honest i don't think that your's is pure, he is too big (search for the standars of the breed) and he barks too much, very weird in Dogos Argentinos. These dogs were made (yes, they were created in a lab) to attack animals such as jabalies or pumas, not to be a normal dog in someone's yard, they are made to be in the outside hunting, that's what they like.
an amstaff attacked my 30 month old cane corso male at 138 lbs, down from 147 lbs ( less food more exercise and strength building) what a mistake, amstaff had to be carried out of the dog park after having it's ribs crushed!
My best friend has a blue lucy and she will play with my Farm dogs and these dogs are all over 165 lbs and yet they do not intimidate her at all.My neo always drags her with his rope toy.
67 kg for a 20 month old CC is too much IMHO. You see, he's still going to be growing till about 3 y.o. Too much weight could mess up his bone and joint development. If he was 5 y.o. 67 kg would still be too much but not that damaging. It's one hell of a beautiful corso though. Love his uncropped ears and his facial expressions!

ahh the cane corso's bark sounds beautiful. Sure the argintino must have a deep bark too, but in this situation she used her high pitched bark. My rott does this, he has the deepest bark when hes barking at the door but when playing his bark is just like the argintino in this vid. Awesome dogs.
Beautiful dogs! My corso doesn't have anyone to play with anymore because he's too big, too. So, he's taken to knocking down the bushes... just goes over and falls into them. HA! Poor crazy boy!
If you train them young you will never have a problem out of them...other than huge muddy paw prints all over your house when it's rained!

I had a Dogo which I had to put down more than a year ago. I recently placed a deposit on my next companion a Cane Corso. I was so blessed with my Dogo, as he was a great dog and companion. For sentimental reason, my next dog couldn't be a Dogo. Thanks for sharing this video.

@Hendrik1293 150lbs is not at all rare. I have a 9 month old male that is already in that range. He should top out at over 200lbs if he takes after his daddy. I have Corsi from a variety of bloodlines. Regardless of thier size and bloodlines, the Corso is a wonderful dog!

Cano Corso are beautiful dogs, but I think theres been some misinformation here. My neighbor owned one that he was forced to put down. It is an extremely smart dog & has (At least my neighbors) an extremely guard like personality to his family/ home. His Corso escaped 3X's from his home. The third time he escaped he went into two other neighbors yards and killed two different Pit Bulls. This happened over an 8 hour period. These are dangerous dogs that are only suited for certain owners.

Well It all depends the Cane are a more relaxed and peaceful breed it depends on how you groom them, If you make them peaceful and fun or if you make them deadly & aggressive and it is known that most pit bull's are aggressive so it all depends on the cane, if it is Friendly or aggressive, Cane is bigger and the pit bull has a stronger bite force And as far as strength goes It is the same. Know this the dog that protects its master always wins.
It is not the jaw strength alone that makes one more deadlier than the other, its also how the attack style is executed and if they can ignore pain... the APBT excels in all aspects, afterall it was created by man for fighting in the first place. If a dog with 600lb/psi+ (ie English Mastiff) got a bite in, game over - unlikely though because the APBT is THE fastest attacker in the dog world.

@MrSidemount69 well my dad bought him from a local breeder in belgium ,he got his dogs from italy. the dog had papers from st.Hubertus ,so he was a full-blood. My dad picked the strongest and biggest pup of the nest and when he was 2 years old he weighed over 80kg and was very muscular, we walked almost every day with him and sometimes gave him table-rests as baked meat etc... but the vet had to put our dog to sleep cuz on one day he had epileptic attacks and he never had one before.

pick a male cuz they are bigger then the females
pick the biggest pup,not necessarily the most dominant
feed him well but compensate that with much exercises as taking them to swim,walk out with them (
me and my dad used to walk with them almost every day we were home, and if we had a lot of time (weekends) we did about 20km with them a day ! (them=our female and male cane,the male died :'( )

Well It all depends the Cane are a more relaxed and peaceful breed it depends on how you groom them, If you make them peaceful and fun or if you make them deadly & aggressive and it is known that most pit bull's are aggressive so it all depends on the cane, if it is Friendly or aggressive, Cane is bigger and the pit bull has a stronger bite force And as far as strength goes It is the same. Know this the dog that protects its master always wins.

A pure root Corso has close to 400lb/psi...
An APBT averages at around 280lb/psi.
It is not the jaw strength alone that makes one more deadlier than the other, its also how the attack style is executed and if they can ignore pain... the APBT excels in all aspects, afterall it was created by man for fighting in the first place. If a dog with 600lb/psi+ (ie English Mastiff) got a bite in, game over - unlikely though because the APBT is THE fastest attacker in the dog world.

i didnt say that he wasn't a friendly dog, i said he went crazy that day from having 9 epeleptic attacks. Sure cane's are friendly i know that two, i still have a female cane (a grey- blue one)

@TheCaneCorso just as humans dog have their characteristics two, mine was a extremely friendly dog that protected his family at all cost, one day he warned us for burglars and i've never saw a cane act so vicious, not at me ofcourse but still if we would letted him lose that day, the burglars would be history (they ran away)
my dog would not back down for anything to protect his family.He passed away 4.5years now and still i miss him,just amazing how much love an animal can give you.

might have not own ever breed on earth but for the ones I have own like shepards , pitbull , rotties , labs and cane corso the pitbull comes on top everytime so thats how I find out who is the best breed not by looks not by what other say in dog books only by learning from the breed and what the breed likes and dis likes

they are very friendly dogs but they can get extremely concentrated on something and they remeber very very long! a Jack russel dog attacked my cane corso once,and since then he hated little dogs and growled everytime he saw a small dog (the jack russel still lives, i pulled my cane away cuz he wanted to bite back offcourse xD )

@MrSidemount69 well my dad bought him from a local breeder in belgium ,he got his dogs from italy. the dog had papers from st.Hubertus ,so he was a full-blood. My dad picked the strongest and biggest pup of the nest and when he was 2 years old he weighed over 80kg and was very muscular, we walked almost every day with him and sometimes gave him table-rests as baked meat etc... but the vet had to put our dog to sleep cuz on one day he had epileptic attacks and he never had one before.

pick a male cuz they are bigger then the females
pick the biggest pup,not necessarily the most dominant
feed him well but compensate that with much exercises as taking them to swim,walk out with them (
me and my dad used to walk with them almost every day we were home, and if we had a lot of time (weekends) we did about 20km with them a day ! (them=our female and male cane,the male died :'( )
