Actually, you can region hack the Japanese ISOs to American region, then burn them and play them with the standard 4 meg Capcom cart & 1 Meg SNK cart, on an American system. All you have to do is use the swap tick, which if done correctly will never damage the motor. This means you could have done the exact same thing for about $30.
