The interview that I asked you about... This here with Kris was in 2003 I guess because he said that Johnny had just passed away; but James Coburn died in 2002, so the interviews with him and the others of the Billy movie already were filmed in 2001 or 2002?? Or even earlier?

I filmed PASSION & POETRY between Dec 2002 (LA & Mexico) and summer 2004 (German actors). Coburn was filmed in Italy at our Peckinpah retrospective in sept. 2000 (there's some homemovie footage of that festival on the bonus DVD). Kris was filmed in November 2003 as I recall..

I shot over 30 hours for that project so I still have a lot left that didn't make in into the 2-Disc DVD set.

Well... when watching your two vids on Kris and your (?) DVD I was wondering how I couldn't remember these performances. Thought I might have skipped a chapter unintentionally. So I've just watched the DVDs again - they aren't there, right? There's a part of Help me make it and the beginning of Shipwrecked, but no entire song- or are they hidden anywhere? Interestingt stuff anyway, though I'm not a Peckinpah fan, just interested in him because of Kris, but he seemed to be an interesting man...

That's a Hotel in Malibu he uses whenever he's in California. 'couldn't afford to film him in Hawaii..
