These guys are doing a practice called Chi Sau and they're doing it pretty badly.

There's not many videos that show Wing Chun being used in a fight so maybe you should refer to the films Ip Man and Ip Man 2 :)

Although the fights are choreographed, Wing Chun is used and it's all real.

And since I live in the UK, I know that everyone fights like a bitch with their headlocks and 'punches'.

Block, block a few Wing Chun chain punches to the chest... Well yeah.
