Without a doubt, one of the creepiest J-Horror films of all time; I've shown this to friends of mine, and the general reaction is universal. A true masterpiece of the horror genre, and if Hollywood decides to "remake" it for American audiences, I for one would be furious. Better to release the original theatrically. Thanks for posting.

i am not an easy person to scare or creep out but no matter how many times i watch this film, i can never seem to rid of the chills, paranoia and minor schizophrenia i get from the experience this film gives me.
I'm a horror movie buff, and this is without a doubt one of the creepiest films I've ever seen. It left such an impression on me, I had a nightmare about it the same night. The atmosphere of the film is so dismal and spooky. The pacing is a bit slow, but you can't escape the growing sense of dread as the movie comes to an end. I highly recommend watching the whole thing if you're in the mood to be frightened.
@ThursdayDirt yeah right.. and it really is effective on their part on saying "this is true. believe us.haha" ... i thought it was real.. hahahaa.. they're great. the symbols and clues.. amazing.
This movie is so underrated its not even funny. I truly dont get scared but this shit had me feeling creepied out, especially if you pay close attention to it the whole time then you start to really get sucked into what your watching, this movie is a trip. I would say that crazy guy though slighty over played his role he was just a bit to looney.
