hay gusy i think that the problem is that the zip folder that we are downloading have a missing files like the (model file & panel & sound and others...) if you go to FSX//simObjeces//airplanes// and enter one of the planes folders and youll see inside the files that am talking about..

Its to save space on your computer. Take for example, you download a 737 that wasn't already in the game (and not a repaint), instead of you having to download the sound file, you can copy and paste the sound from the original 737 into your new airplane.
