You got it wrong man. 2nd Guitarist is playing a Custom Shop left-hand Strat where the heavy strings are at the bottom and the light ones at the top (watch him playing the main lick during the first chorus on the upper end of the fretboard (vertically speaking)^^

By the way Albert King played like this too. For him it was because he didn't have the money to buy a left-hand guitar so he played a right-hand guitar left-handed but in contrast to Jimi Hendrix did not restring it!)
