The repertoire of kicks found in Tae-Kwon-Do are deadly obviously because thats the focus of that craft and style, but since a good number of their kicks rely on the swinging and building of momentum, its quite risk to use in a real situation being that they are open to attack in the midst of spinning. Try putting them against some Wing Chun practitioners, they'll stand no chance.

@TheKinderJ Well i hope you do well on your test and in my do jong you have to know the 3 or 4 poomses ahead of your belt rank to skip a belt,and for us this is a yellow belt poomse.

The clubs name is 'Elverum Tae Kwon Do Klubb (klubb means club)'. It's in Hedmark. Very small.

The basic form is the same in every school, its just each school may apply the form with small addons such as a extra yell or the strike may look alittle diffrent.

In most schools (Not All) this is the form for the orange belt. Keep in mind that there are schools that use purple, while others don't. Thank you for your feed back.
