Japanese Nail Fashion !!

hum, i love nail polish and i wear it all the time, i like having pretty hands, but most of this i do not like. first, the shape, i dont find the pointy nail beautiful, it's like a claw or something. and when it's too long i feel scared because it can hurt! i don't know, the rest is just too much! let me get one of those when i come to japan and i may change my mind ^_^

I am in love with this particular trend. The most impressive thing about these is jamming so much beautiful detail on such a tiny surface. It's my understanding that they even have competitions for these similar to a beauty pageant.

O_O it seems really hard to function with nails like that, when you have the dangly stuff how would you use a phone or a computer without breaking a nail? Seems incredibly impractical to me, but they are pretty amazing.
