dwaynewadesucks I am an amazing 5'6 white guy and I can easily dunk on 11 foot rims. Anyone can easily do it, you just need to follow the right training program. I personally used the one at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but just about any training plan is fine if they work that is... lol

DWS... hilarious video. Despite the fact that I am a Spurs fan, the Suns have been my 2nd favorite team since they reacquired Steve Nash. Whereas the Mavericks' 2004 game 7 victory over us was one of the sickest moments of my life, I took the Suns' sweep of the Spurs this year quite well. I can't wait till next season.

nash flopped so hard to sell the foul it caused his teammates to make the dumb mistake to go on to the court which none of the suns coaches bothered to think to prevent, notice a pattern? these are all suns mistakes. they were/are a team with no discipline no heart and no defense. no team has ever won like that and thats why they get beat every year. they had a coach that asked them to play defense and they pissed on him. hard fouls happen all the time. blaming the refs just proves my point

I am a Suns fan, and I used to think the series was fixed, too. But think about it: the team David Stern wants to advance is the SPURS? That's the LAST team he'd want to help. The Spurs are a great team but boring as hell to watch. They take TV ratings and shit all over them (see: 2007 Finals). Out of all the teams in 2007, the Suns were the most exciting team to watch, and the best thing that could have happened to the league. Stern should have fixed games for them!
