Dude ur an amazing inspiration..i have injured my 4th disc its broken a bit..but thnx god i have not injured my spinal cord...its the end of the first weak of my recovery...its a huge pain to move...but im pushing forward...out of the hospital i didnt let any1 help me climb the stairs to my apartment..i did it on my own helping myself by holding on the handrail...I needed a video such as this one..thnx man!
