My dad could tell you,he use to feed the bullets into the MG42 during the war.

those are all 34's except for 0:08..thats a 42...and there is no sound in archive footage, its all added and dubbed over

ya mg 42 has different sound. it shoots faster, sound like cloth being riped

every last one of those machine guns was a MG34 except the one on the Lafayette (spelling?) heavy machine gun mount.
