hello everyone i need tips on how to choose your motherboard i get the rest of the stuff like the cpu,case,gpu, ect. im trying to build a gaming PC for battlefield 3 and im going to us an amd cpu keep note its my first built and i don't really have much of a budget i got around 500$ right now but i wont be buying anything until mid September by then i should have about 1000$ - 1200$ so yeah i want to know how to look at the specs of a motherboard,basically what do you need to look into it??

Yes. Fan grills are to allow you to see light coming out, and not to allow ventilation.

You should be using the slots in the motherboard tray and tuck the wires on that part instead of that corner. Cleaner.
