@14sJakeB190 The Omni-Shade® Technology refers to a process that is built in to the fabric at the fiber level in order to prevent the loss of sun protection over time. In a sense it is applied, but at such an early stage that it becomes part of the fabric itself. As the video states. "It's like sunscreen, but you don't have to re-apply." Hope this helps.
