If I had to go out on a limb I would say Slug from Atmosphere. He is often referred to as seven or sep seven because of his birth date, and is mentioned plenty of times in this song. I assume that's who he meant.

Actually I wouldn't go by that considering he referenced slug in the first verse and then atmosphere in the third chorus. Seems pretty redundant to reference someone three times in the same song. I'm pretty sure seven is a producer.
