Actually, we can easily determine that everyone lives at the end of the series. When you see Rei (Lilith) falling in the backround during "End of Evangelion," you can hear Yui saying that all life will return to normal so long as people have the will to live. Considering the majority of people in the world would like to live, we can determine taht everything goes back to normal.

And ofc the only thing left is the "thing between" THE end of evangelion and The 1.0 ... The sea is red, the moon have a blood mark -_- . So the world made a reboot imo. And with the reboot some things changed, as we can see, the new evas and that girl called mary -_- . so i think, anno, will introduce a New male char, not a young one, but an old one, kinda gendo ikari, maybe not so old ^^... But i shouldn't talk about this shit because if that happens i will become insame -_- .

I agree with you, I only now a few artist in all arts that can do what Hideaki Anno did with eva, I really love literature my favorite writers are Miguel Angel Asturias, James Joyce, Jorge Luis Borges, Shakespeare, Juan Rulfo, Arthur Rimbaud, etc (I say it because you are a literature student). There are also artist I love in every other art, and I think That eva is so good as any work of these great masters.

If you watched the movie "the end of evangelion", you'll see why he's like that. He keeps himself away from Shinji because he knows that everytime that he is with Shinji, he causes suffering and pain for Shinji... so he decided to deal with Shinji like this... if he's right or wrong... that's up to you, guys.

I recommend watch both movies of Neon Genesis Evangelion... makes you understand the anime much more!

Its actually an angel that it eats. It gains the S2 from the eaten angel thus becoming the first complete EVA (doesnt need umbilical cable or battery anymore.)

really great idea and work, but I think it's the dies irae from Mozart's requiem not from chopin's. It had probably been recorded under von karajan expertise. But I'll agree, it's a minor detail face to video itself.

I really enjoyed this AMV. You really seem to understand how to depict the music visually, as classical music and Evangelion go together like bacon and eggs. My favourite part has got to be the middle with Dies Irae, but that's probably because I'm a choral music junkie. Keep up the good work!

I have only watched half of it, but I can already declare my comment. It's great seeing you mix up classical music with Evangelion clips. It is really really good. Not very many people can reach up to the standard the clip is at. It's just that the music's beat doesnt go exactly to the cutting of the clip. Also the emotion of the clip doesn't really go to the music. And I do agree 'This IS art'
