I think samsung copying from apple devices is way too obvious. I really do hope samsung loses the battle. Android is also copying the iOS and they should be sue as well. At the same time, I do agree that Enriquelio apple iphone is kind of similar to LG prada. But the way samsung copy is the idea, the software, the look and feel and even the way of marketing (advertising). Think of apple got the multi-touch patent and how samsung is using it. (it appears both in android and samsung latest laptop)

@Enriquelio Apple iphone was a copy of LG prada. Only good artists are allowed to steal ideas from others according to Steve Jobs. If you compared the looks of Prada with iphone thinking iphone didn't copy Prada, then Samsung galaxy s2 doesn't look anything like iphone at all. You can just look at all the products out in the market, almost everything you see is a copy ideas taken from others. Ipod was also stolen from British inventor who couldn't secure 150,000$ for worldwide patent.
