is there a 5 minute maximum capture for video?

Thanks for putting up the video. I think we ALL know that youtube defenition is crap even in HD. I have a Sony HVR-Z1E and I post edit in Final cut pro and even using this sofisticated software it does not come out as it should, but it's good to get an idea all you need to do is apply a bit of savy and understand that it is only showing 25% of it's potential. Adios Amigos!

Did you mute the volume, or the 5D doesn't have a built in microphone?

the 5dmk2 does have a mic, but the videos supplied by canon (such as this one) were apparently muted. or do you really want to hear the cars wooosh by?

i dont think it makes any difference to fell HD (high quality video is like 320 X 480 on youtube)
