Sorry you're feeling really bad. Your looking really well though. I had problems with noise ended up having to move because of it. I got in contact with the council though with the environmental health department I think it was. Just incase it gets as bad as what I had.

When I was pregnant with my baby girl she was head down posterior (normal) and I always felt her hiccups on the inside of my left hip where her head was. I also felt most of her kicks under the right half of my rib cage, I hope this helps ease your mind;)

im finding it uncomfy to sleep now, i try to lay on my left and side but after awhile my body really aches and my legs hurt i av to turn around and just keep tossing ova all nite :(
