the reason why triple H's reign wielding the WCW belt didn't count is because it had already become the undisputed championship when jericho unified them, jericho won the WCW belt before he took the WWE belt off stone cold and unified them, so he's officially the last WCW champion. and since they gave hunter the new belt is because WWE wanted to erase the traces of WCW completely.
