I was present in kourt the other day and one of my student's name was called and he stood up and said Objections calls for say. Then the judge said excuse me what are U talking about then he said u r presumed to know the law. If u ask me that again I will move this kourt to recuse it's self until it can place a competent person in place that knows the law. Then the Pros. said U are being (charged with). @THUNDERCLAP79 No a court doesn't need both sometimes they don't need either, subject-matter jurisdiction only applies when both parties are citizens of different states or countries and they are appearing in federal court or if a federal question pertaining to constitutional law applies. Consent Jurisdiction applies if a party wants to appear in a certain jurisdiction (state vs. federal) but that doesn't mean that the court needs his consent to have jurisdiction over them.

There's also what they call "piercing the corporate veil" where shareholders are held personally liable for the actions & debts of the corporation leaving their personal assets unprotected. Piercing the corporate veil is more successful against smaller privately held business entities as opposed to publicly traded corporations which are listed on an exchange.

@suckerfree87 You already are a sovereign, natural person. Well, I don't know all the legal nuances so I say 'human being' and 'living soul'. But the point isn't proving that with some papers - think about this and convince yourself that it's true. And it is.
It's all about your attitude. Sad thing is, courts etc. are bullies and once you stand up to them properly, they will back off.
Though, some still choose paperwork to prove their status, but this is the way I would choose.

@t100base I comprehend your question however, I think the idea behind the question is incorrect. Moor is not a fraternal order or social group or a religion. If you are a Moor, then it's by birth. There's no one to prove anything to. If you are a Moor, you have to be that. I hope that helps.

@sonicel Also as I pointed out earlier subject matter jurisdiction applies to citizens of different states who want to hold their case in federal courts or where the dispute in questions raises constitutional questions don't know where in the constitution it says federal courts can't fly flags with gold trimming. So I don't see how that's a constitutional question.

@sonicel You brought up two different types of Jurisdiction my friend If it's subject matter it necessarily has to either raise a federal question or be between citizens of two different states. If your problem lies with the flag then it would have to fall within a federal question otherwise subject matter. If you're served with notice then you would obviously be a party to the action otherwise they wouldn't serve you with notice.

You seem to jump around to different types of jurisdiction as if you really don't have a strong grasp of what they mean. I suggest you pick up a book on civil procedure and see if you can't clear up some of your confusion.

@sonicel SO in review the private corp was created in the district of columbia organic act of 1871,and that argument hasn't been defeated in court provided you know the history with it if you don't you'll lose.the flag is set by the president and found in the army regulations(which brings it under military jurs) and can be cited in state court,also in the U.S code(which if raised is a federal question).
