First of all it was not helmet to helmet since Robinson was lowering his shoulder to hit him & second of all according to league rules you can only hit players once they touch the ball which Jackson clearly did as he was trynna control it so it's a DB's job to not let that happen and he did with a big hit.

Next thing you know the league will declare that all tackles must be wrapped -__- or you'll get a fine

This is a legit hit, wasn't helmet-to-helmet, just an unfortunate occurence. Robinson should not be fined for this, but what James Harrison did on Sunday to Massoquoi was cheap and disgusting. When you intentionally try to splatter brains like Harrison did that's when player's need to be taught a lesson.
