@tienshenhan86 It's cute. These cars do real good on the track Steve Lockett's Storm was pulling high 10's on the quarter mile when he built his. Tim's Storm on slicks pulls a 12.9 with a small turbo and stock ECU - while only pushing 210 horsepower to the ground. Interesting to say the least.

My mom had an all black GSi that she bought new in 91. It was bare bones with A/C delete. Gave it to me about 10 years later with 50k miles and a bunch of rust from the ground effects the factory stuck on it :( It was fun a little car but people kept fucking hitting it with their cars >:( Lessons learned: Change the timing belt every 40k or less as they break early. Non interference head :) Change oil frequently as it cokes up BAD in the top of the head if you don't!!

@Lukeno52 I have never known anybody to total a car from a bad turbo.  A seriously large chunk of the turbo would have to break off, then find it's way through the tiny veins of the intercooler for that to happen. ;-)

I loved my Geo Storm GSi. What a fun car. VERY tight handling too, maybe thanks to it's cousin the Lotus. I had to part with it due to the front end going bad and I didn;t have the cash to make it worth while at the time, but man, STILL one of my favorite cars. As for the haters, man, show some respect, the man does with what he's got and it works just fine. Much respect, Robie, keep it up.

if their is one thing you should do with the car robbie is, clean the interior up. It looks fine from the outside and now you have the new engine and all its pretty fast especially with the new turbo... maybe put some matching leather apolsthery on the seats and in all the inserts... to make it match up with the console... it is sick tho bud... p.s Im happy you got rid of the goody spoiler... it looks more appropriate now, and gives it a meaner look with the fixed bumper...

my buddy's 1.6L turbo civic was tested at 230whp, and he ran a 12.6s 1/4 mile. damn impressive...

my biggest issue was using street tires. I could never get traction and would usually just spin through 1st and second, then finally get traction somewhere in 3rd....it was sad, but that was all with the old setup...

@ApSykesThewolf The 92-95 Civic CX (SOHC base engine) dishes out somewhere around 70hp, so I don't know where you get your numbers. I agree that the base, SOHC Storm engine was around 95hp.

A common SOHC VTEC for similar years was rated around 125-127hp. This is more comparable to the DOHC Storm GSi, rated at 130hp.

I'm just amazed to see an economy car putting down twice the rated HP from the wheels.

did you just turbo the stock motor. most people ive seen do turbo's on the storms just swap in the isuzu impulse turbo motor. They actually do decent. Thats all i was saying and im not hating on your car at all, way to be unique. I mean not too many think much of a 92 nissan sentra but when i smoke a car that runs 12.2 in the 1/4 yeah that says alot all on its own. haha. My car weighs in at 2200lbs also so its pretty freakin light. Rediculous power to weight ratio.

hahaha thats hilarious, have i ever heard of turbo lag, haha yes and no i dont have turbo lag on my turbo sentra. Im just stating that my old all motor sentra in 4th gear pulled through the dyno quicker than that and my 4th goes to 120mph. Now my current sentra that is turbod with a T25 has no lag full 14psi by 2200 rpms. any punch at about 3k and its instant GO! You can check out my vids of my turbo se-r on here. It makes around 270whp and right at 300ft/lbs torque to the wheels on 18psi.

yeah there is no way that thing made even 193hp my old all motor sentra pulled through the dyno quicker than that did and made 155whp. ive seen 190whp SR20VE's pull through the dyno a lot faster than that, a lot faster.... im thinking in the 140whp range.... unless you dynod in 5th gear or something. That dyno just took way too long to be 192whp
