I'm going to list the not so good: No zip-off hood which gets really annoying when the wind buffets you on the ski slope, and major cold spots on the inner arm seam, where there is little to no goose down. No central body draw cord to cinch in the jacket, so you feel like the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man. No access for ipod/mp3 player, but none of this matters anyway, because you'll throw it out in a year due to the flimsy/cheap inner liner wearing out.
@fredbrackely Most of those complaints are simply not features included in this coat. There are plenty of jackets that do have those features if you look for them specifically. As for the dispersion of down and the inner liner wearing out, those are both warranty issues. This jacket has a life time warranty which covers such defects. Check it out on the Mountain Hardwear website
