@thedancegroupstudio1 You don't have to go all the way to Maracas to get one, If you are in San Fernando, right on Cross Crossing intersection, they sell shark and bake there every morning for about half what Richard charges.

Although I lovvveee me some Bake and Shark...Richard's was good but is not the best....The shark wasnt seasoned with anything! I had Uncle Sams and it was sooo much better! Dont always follow the long line.

Actually it is a cilantro. It is a different kind of Cilantro.

It is also called Mexican Cilantro/Coriander (Venezuela), Ngo Gai (Vietnam, asia), Bhandhanya (India-HIndi), Recao (Puerto Rico), Sachaculantro (Peru). :)
