Good live version, but I'd love the original to be posted. I remember listening to him doing this live on the John Peel show in the early 70s and then went out and bought his second album on the strength of it. A decision I did not regret.
That's a bit difficult to say. They're all worth having, though the back catalogue might look a tad massive, I think I have 17 of his records and I know I'm missing a few. If you don't know where to start at all get a live album and work from there - Career Moves and So Damn Happy are my favourites.

my first record off LWIII was History, grown man, little ship, etc it's all great. Just buy one!

I think History is one of the good ones to start with. It's an amazing album.
