Hi , I bought the synapse bov and now I seems to have a leak on the o-ring that seal the bov to the FMIC . What is the correct size of the o-ring . I have a mazdaspeed 3 and synapse fmic+ Bov
as expert in bov things , do you think we can add a bov in a air intake system without turbo ? and just for know the car is tuned and have a lot of sport paces.

Nope, it comes complete with a 1.25" recirc flange and a stainless steel (more expensive) weld-on flange. You have to buy the HKS, Greddy, Tial, etc. flanges separately.
This video was posted back in May. That "future use" port is now standard and should be used for boost-only to aid the BOV in opening quickly under higher boost pressures. Check out the updated install instructions on the Synapse website.
by making adjustments on the spring will that effect the blow off sound when you let off the gas? i know the greddy bov's somewhat change in sound when adjusted.

We will be making one for sure. We just haven't had a chance to tool up for that, but it shouldn't be a problem. We have a couple of WRX guys that are lined up to do some development here soon.

The weld-on flanges and a re-circ fitting come standard. The other adapter flanges are optional and sold separately.
