Nice guide. I would add, if it hasn't been already, that the bonesack tele helps only so long as you haven't already used it and then not killed the monster. And of course using a goblin village teletab. Also, wearing a forinthy bracelet might be a good precaution right near the end.

dude, i have gotten ring of fire and flame gloves from b4, and just got 92fm, btu wen i go to any beacon even the 92 one, its green light on the beacon on all of em. I dno wat to do and roald ddoesnt say anythin but the information guards say its a state of emergency, can u help?

if u started defender of varrock you need to finish it as it uses the beacons

I do, but it's out-of-date. We have an updated guide ready but it's too long, so we have to find a way to shorten it, though that is currently not our highest priority.

Nice guide, shame its not more obvious what items you withdraw each time since its sped up so much. Are willow logs enough to keep all lit at once? And what does 'information' on the guards do, and why do you only do it a few times?

i burnt 10 beacons at the same time using mahogany logs, talked to the king he didnt give me anything. i already have the ring. i checked the map to see which beacons i have lit and ten of them were lit and 4 werent. so y didnt i get flame gloves?

The most logical reason would be you didn't light them all at once.

I recommend to always keep going until you get the message saying you are able to get a reward:

"bla bla bla speak to King Roald to get bla bla bla."

you really should take a dorgy orb to goblin village and be on ancient magicks to those last few beacons faster. Use tablets for varrock/trollheim/fally/w/e

Does the type of logs affect the duration of how long the beacon burns?

Yes, the better the logs, the longer they burn.

If you light 5 in a row...

And you want to light the 6th, but the 1st goes out, then that's too bad.

That's why you have to keep running and running and running and be extremely fast.

They all have to be lit at the same time...

If you light one, and it is extinguished, and you light another one... it doesn't mean you lit 2, but you like 1 twice.

For the Beacon Network minigame you need the quest 'All Fired Up'.

Besides that, it is useful to have done 'Eadgar's Ruse' so you can teleport to Trollheim.

For the full run thingy (the bath in Oo'Glog) you also need the quest 'as a first resort'

did you give the beacon keepers extra logs to put in the fire if it starts to die out?

No, I didn't.

If you take some baths in the salt-water spring of Oo'Glog, then you will have unlimited run for a certain period of time, meaning you should be fast enough to light them all, without having to give the keepers any extra logs.
