i rememeber this i was 4 almost 5 years old i was in a hotel in texas just outside of fort worth. three rooms colasped but only by the grace of God no body was in them and the roof got ripped off the hotel thank the lord it had a couple layers of roof for that exact reason
i remember this so well...I was in Grand Prairie when the 2nd tornado hit with my lil bro my parents were stuck in gridlock cause the storm and assumed the worse for me and my bro and the house when the news said it was comming down I-20 and tearing up everything in it's path. Our house survived but a tree branch fell on my car....one of the most scariest moments of my life
I remember so well. I was working in downtown at the UPR Plaza builing which now Carter Burges I belive. To see the windows blown out know we sat up there on the 21st foor. Scary Scary
I was in Lake Worth working @ Walmart. I remember 1" thick ice in sheets hitting the pavement shattering, hearing windows breaking, and alarms going off. The ice hit so hard that it put holes in the roof of the store. I ran around the store knocking down ceiling tiles that were soaked with water, before they fell on customers in the store. Registers were flooded. People were screaming and crying. Never will I forget that evening. I can still hear it. God Bless those that didn't make it.
@Keyrc1 There was no ice at all during this tornado. There WAS hail and a tornado but no ice what so ever. Perhaps you are thinking of Mayfest, which was also hail. Look it up online, there was no chance of 1" inch ice sheets as you say hitting the ground and shattering. I know. I was there. In the Reata when it occurred.
That day i remember i was asleep and heard my neighbor screaming that HELP MY HUSBAND PLEASE n i woke up and seen that the guy was holding hard to the pole of his porch but i tought i was dreaming and call a uncle n was telling him about it but all he told me GO BACK TO SLEEP U DREAMING n i did but still hearing like a train going towards the house n completely woke up n seen a tornado in front of the park and all the trees where ripping from the ground with roots. I wont forget that day
I was going to the downtown library as the tornado hit. I was about a block away and had to run into another building as the tornado hit the parking lot. As the tornado passed -- it sounded like a freight train passing by, but a freight train with folks throwing stuff off at and hitting you -- I went into the basement.
After it passed, I went outside and it was like a war zone. Glass everywhere -- when you walked it sounded like crunchy, brittle snow. The window of my hatchback was blown out.
I was working in the downtown library and was walking to the subway to get to my car. It hit when I had this urge to go in a store. Thought a bomb went off.
I worked downtown at the time. I left around 4:15 pm that day...took the bus home(PS Do not ride the T-inept service by management)-heard about it about a couple of hours later.
Nobody can spell....

The contrast between song and picture make the video much creepier than it should be!
