I had a spaniel who pulled great and a friend had huskey who would hate it. As long as you pay attention to your dogs water intake, weight, and energy level even toy breeds can pull for miles if they want to and you help them.

lol. I'm waiting for my scooter - just ordered from ebay! I've got 3 dogs to use it with tho - a cocker spaniel, springer spaniel and a border collie. They're all very strong tho and love to pull and run! :)

lol. I just got a scooter today but I still waiting on the dog who will be with me in the summer. I do have a jack russle size chihuahua, so when no one is looking I will try the scooter out on him. he may be small but he loves to pull
