Look out your door and it's there! Since they haven't got many trucks to shovel the snow from the roads cars are getting stuck in evil intersections everywhere in the city!

This afternoon the side walk in front of my place was shoveled clear. Within hours it's now covered in another five inches of fresh snow! Wow. This is a record for Vancouver since I've lived here. It's almost like it used to be in Edmonton (minus the really cold sub freezing temps).

I went to the store and left tracks in the snow. Upon returning 20 minutes later the tracks were completely covered again without a trace! Wow.

I've not yet found a tool to brighten this dark video but I've got one better, yes, another garbage truck the very next day stuck in the very same spot! Actually it gets stuck on high def video! Sorry that it's so dark... I'll have to find a image/video processing application that can adjust the contrast to improve the brightness. I actually saw the wheels spinning in the snow! Very cool. Oh, at least 20+ cars, vans and trucks including a cop got stuck in this alley & street intersection! Wow, Vancouverites really can't drive in the winter!
