lol it makes me laugh how a ps2 with low specs compared to some other computers can run ps2 games on 30+ fps but if a laptop had the exact same parts of the ps2 probably wont even run the game.

Look at my other FFX video, that is the exact point, on the calm lands.

I just loved this scene and thought I should replay the game on the PS2 like it was meant to be played. I am just about to fight Seymour for the first time, after the thunderplains.

Yeah, i havn't actually finished yet, i loved this scene and thought i should replay it on the PS2.

Anyway the video is running full speed throughout, the out of sync lips is actually because the lip syncing is Japanese and its most noticable in this cutscene, if you thought that was PCSX2's fault.
