  • I deadlifted today, 135x15 (warm up), 315x4, and then 365 x 1, I tried 385 x1 but could not even lift it more than 20 inches from the floor when I felt that I was using my spinal chord instead of my lower back so I let it go. Im 20, 180 lbs, 5'11, about 15-17% body fat, Im not that strong, but I try.

  • lol ive done that and it hurts like a bitch, i dont use straps though so my forearms and grip get stronger.
