Facebook Auto-reply

This no longer works. Facebook now has a "noreply" clause in their emails

This doesn't actually work for me, I am a little confused. Surely its facebook emailing you to let you know that person added you, so it would simply reply to facebook? How does that get to the person in question?

When someone confirms you, the reply-to address is their personal email address? Does it send the email via facebook or to their inbox?

The reply to address is a no-reply address from what I can tell. Have you verified this actually sends an email that is received? Does this work when someone simply requests to be friends with you, or only when you request to be friends with them and they approve you?
