No, maybe as a special guest, ore off season periods, but hey hire guys to keep the grass in perfect shape between the matches, so i dont think they let 100s of people walk around on it every week.

Yes, you can go around in your own pace, without a tour-leader ore something. Its like a circuit, you just have to follow the yellow borders. This video shows the stadium part, and at the end of the tour you walk right into the ''Barca-museum''
