This is no PHO. This is "Hu tiu", well a kind of rice noodle too but thinner than PHO noodle. Well mostly (mostly) PHO comes with beef soup serve with beef or chicken while "hu tiu" come with pork (or seafood) soup serve with pork and sea food. I know some place in vn use "hu tiu" with beef soup and beef too but most common are with pork soup. This one (I think) come with shrimp, squid , fried onion , green onion and some kind of vegie (i cant see well) and pork soup

My favorite restaurant is "Saigon Noodle House" and I always order a small A10 with no vegetables on top. which is a bowl of white meat chicken pho. It is amazing and i can eat it all day. I am not so sure about squid pho though. Isn't that what was in the video? well idk but i love the soup! PHO FTW!!!
