  • there is no such thing as a B7 coupe, 7 series are always 4 doors.

    (check my b7 video)

  • At least Google it if u don´t know. There was B7 Alpina based on both 7er and 6er E24. And this is 6er

  • Also wrong! There were 2 B7. One a 5-Series and one 6-Series And there were B7S....

  • You could argue there where 3 B7 Alpinas ;-)

They where launced in 1978 as B7 based on the E12 5-series, and B7 Coupé based on the E24 6-series. Later there was a B7 based on the E28 5-series.

In 1981-82 Alpina made 2 limited versions with more power (330 hp) called B7S(E12) and B7S Coupé(E24). B7S exclusively in Alpina blue (60 build), and B7S Coupé exclusively in Alpina green (30 build).

  • b7 is the old 6 series...

  • sorry that wasnt a post to you :P

  • @frenkydee

Never heard of Alpina, have you? Its a factory sponsored tuning machine, so-to-speak. The B7 Turbo Coupe had 330 horsepower, making it a true supercar... it was also fitted with God's Own dampers and a 24 gallon fuel tank, making this car a staple on any list of the greatest GT's ever made.

I've never driven one... lucky you tizyy. :)

  • Absolutely stunning...Love the noise of a big M30
