I wonder what court ruling supports this assertion. There is one much quoted ruling that one cannot question the eligibility of anyone born in America whose both parents are citizens are natural born citizens, but it is clear that they are not the only category of natural born citizen.
For instance, since the 1930's children born abroad to citizens serving in the US military are also considered natural born citizens.
