That is false. Obama's father was born Muslim, but was an atheist by choice. Obama himself did attend a madrassa (simply the Arabic word for "school") for two years as a young child (6-8). It did not teach Wahabbism or any other type of radical Islam. Obama joined the Church of Christ in 1988, years before he entered politics. Isn't the truth refreshing?

Since the school he went to in Indonesia where the language spoken in Malay and not Arabic making reference to a madrassa is still incorrect. The Malay term for school is sekolah.
Indonesia is a secular state with Islam as the dominant religion of its people.

Errr dude get your facts straight. We have freedom of religion in the states. So being a christian is not a requirement. All this b.s. about radical teaching at the maddrassa (sp?) was right wing propoganda from FAUX (Fox) news! Obama makes a MUCH better president then the Bushes COMBINED could ever HOPE to be.
