Rock Band will make lods of money on this, smart move doing a themed game about The Beatles, whether you personally prefer Metallica or Aerosmith you have to admit that this game has the potential to outsell both put together.

the guitar hero:band games only have some of the songs and the band models with the story. beatles has everything . songs dreamscapes footage instruments and everything

Sad? No... I don't think it's sad. I think they realize they can't top The Beatles, nor do they try to. It took a long time for them to embrace the Beatles again after the breakup, and it's actually very heartwarming to see them enjoy it now. It's just sad to know that John and George are gone. But that's life, eh?
