Try eagle vision, and then you'd be able to spot the real one. beat the real one. When he's teleporting, simply throw some throwing knifes at him.

Counter with the hidden blade. Instant death, no matter WHO the target is. Quite a handy feature for the final battle, provided you're good enough to use it.
