I have a compaq presario cq62 I did my copy of repair disc windows 7 64 bit and a recovery d copy on 4 dvd. How can I have my computer with the original programs taken out the one what by the time I have add.... THANK YOU
In the file PC Help and Tools I dont see Recovery manager, i haven't messed with it and I restored my computer to factory settings a week ago, I have a caompaq presario
@chocodil2 are you looking for Microsoft System Restore (from the video above) or HP System Recovery? When you ran a Recovery previously, how did you launch it, did you use discs?
@chocodil2 yea at 1:42 I dont have that option, and I wanna set a restore point if something ever happens again, the last time the Recovery ran, I didnt open it, when I started the computer it just came on with a blue background and I couldnt get out of it without it repeatedly restarting, no disks at all. Now I just don't know how to set a restore point, if I dont have that "Recovery Mangaer" option
if you didn't create a restore point, and system recovery already started, is it possible to return to a recent time on your computer OTHER than factory settings?

@sy19801997 I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you looking to run a System Recovery?

@chocodil2 If you are running a full system recovery, then you only have the option of completing it.
