@MACJpan Yes, there is a blow off valve, just a very tight one. The car was tuned to run 16.5psi, but is currently seeing over 20psi (it's not supposed to). My exhaust is 4 inch front section into 3.5 inch from the diff back.

@mydogzty Ford bought a heap load of turbo's from Garrett, then fitted them to the XR6 Turbo Falcon's. If that's what I think you're asking. As for your second question, best speak to a performance workshop.

@mydogzty In a 240SX, I'd personally go with an SR20. Keep the 2JZ's for the Toyota's. You could also go a Soarer/Supra with the 2JZ. I had a Soarer with the 1UZFE, great car! Some of the Skyline boys are now putting the XR6T motor's in them now... lol.

RB's are good engines but they aren't really in the same league as a 4ltr with a massive garret strapped on it. Out of any of the jap engines the 1jz and 2jz engines from toyota are the best bang for buck modification wise. Unbreakable lumps of japanese iron. Many people making upwards of 700hp without any bottom end work.
to bad the 2jz's vavle covers are weak and cause the piston's to shoot out. This is because all the internal's were made in Cambodia and then shipped to Japan where they put them together.
@mydogzty im a bit with you, i like the xr6t and the barra engine, however id prefer a s13 silvia over one atm. but thats only because they are light and turbo and rwd and thats what i want.
@mydogzty The reason they put Xrt6, 4L inline 6 turbo charged Is because they Produce twice the amount of torque Of what an RB26DETT can do. and they Will produce More high end torque The make less power maxed out unlike a rb26.. And Why bother with an KA20. inline 4. When i would swap it for an rb24./rb25. Other then the supra engines. only toytay i would buy is an AE86 and swap for an 20v 4age.

@sidevalve337 It's the turbo that flutters. This happens when a BOV is set too tight or blocked off and you get the back flow going back to the turbo blades/fins causing the sound.
Question to ford. WHY THE HELL DON'T YOU SELL THIS CAR IN THE U.S.? I am a die hard fan of all things european, I would defect for this car. Slap some crown vic badges on it and call it a day
