Triggers, ahhh triggers. You can tell from the start this is all quantized in a DAWs software. You seem good, but you really just need to take the triggers off and play it for real because you're fooling a lot of people here into believing that your bass drum actually sounds like that and you're that clean and perfect, when in fact nobody is.

@thejambo93 i totally disagree, yeah he may use triggers but it's not asif he lied about his ability to play the song because we can see him playing it, he just wants to change the sound, which is a musician's prerogative, surely? if i don't like the sound of my kit, i get twistin' on those tension rods, just because he used triggers doesn't mean he's lying and/or any less of a good musician. and actually, you sound like a complete tool.

ALL you can hear is notes at all the same velocity. You can also clearly see he's miming along to the MIDI track he made, he hits so many cymbals and drums and you can't hear them. It's 100% definitely triggers (which are a great tool), but this has been quantised too. All of the drum hits have been moved in post production to be perfectly in time with the original tempo of the song. Again, a great tool for producing records, but for drum covers, it's questionable. Unless you put a disclaimer saying that you've done this to your drums using software, a lot of people will think it's your playing ability. Looks like you have great ability too, let people hear it for real!

It's not cheating and it adds a certain punch that unless professionally tuned or a really expensive drumset, your not gonna find on a drum cover. The only thing i can say bad is that he has a blue light on his left shoulder that's fucking annoying, and he's got a room dedicated to Slipknot. Can't stand the band but that's personal shit.
