You can get help to get it. You can get a Sith Sorc to pull you through the gaps or you can duel a Bounty Hunter and they can grapple you. Or if you are a class with a charge ability you can duel and charge through the gaps.
You don't even need to go across those bar things near the holocron. Datacron is on an invisible floor

You cant get this unless your character is a small model. There are a few data-crons where the gaps are too small to fit past.
