love this horse my second favourite horse behind denman, had £150 on big bucks at evens which i thought was a huge price for him, can't wait to see him on saturday doubt i'll get evens on him again though

see how big bucks tucks his front legs in at a hurdle and bounces thru on his back legs..he's intelligent. he doesn't try to fly them. he conserves energy for a battle at the end of his races. top quality.

@comeonshaymen i think if he had'nt fallen in that hennessy he would have got up but he was knowhere near as good over fences as hurdles his class kept him in the hennessy i think he would have beatn baracouda by a short head lol

All time great. No doubt now. I thought Baracouda was the classiest stayer ever but this lad would make him struggle. Add Inglis Drever and you would have a fantastic race. Grands Crus is no mug but he always had enough to repel him. Wonderful stuff

Big bucks pricked his ears going to the last hurdle which suggests he had plenty left which was proven on the run in with no whip at rubys disposal. Cadoudal progeny really strong with long run winning also yesterday and i like royal charm who is also with the champion trainer. Gone chasing and won over 2m which shows speed and when he runs over further will only improve more and more.
