Russia and China are both mutually efficient allies.China has the Manufacturing base,technology while Russia has the resources and knowledge.

Coming from a military perspective,their Militaries are very inter-operable,logistically,ta­ctically and strategically

It makes sense.

Seriously if Russia and China continue with these kinds of relations and do not reduce their nuclear stockpiles their won't be a lot of faith and trust in Russia and China anymore and the UN will force them to give up their nukes.

1.)They are both important members of the UN Security Counil

2.)The UN does not have the military or political power to enforce a nuke ban

3.)The US does not have the ability to take the both of them at the same time
