Where's the one on how to make the meat balls for the kubbe?

We're working on it! It's a little harder to find time to fool around with ground meat at the office than it was with semolina and water. :-)

can you fry these too or is it just for soup?

Generally, the fried ones are made from burghul wheat and are shaped differently, into more of a pointy bullet shape. The boiled ones are made from semolina, which makes a smoother, more elastic dough, and are round in shape.
