@KingBulleT8747 Look look look there are 2 ways to charge the weapon but this is a fully automatic M16.Either after you slap the mag in and then pull the charge or you can just tap the bolt catch to slap in a new round into the chamber.Usually the bolt catcher is handy in firefights if you want a quick reload.

if you're gonna implement a +1 round in the chamber, be sure to change the reload accordingly. One more thing,when you slide the action forward on the M203, the shell should be held to the rear. This is because the extractor holds the shell by the rim.

The model looks a bit strange, like you took an M4 and distended it a bit. The muzzle flash looks cheesy. The actual reload animation is slow and somewhat robotic, unfortunately. M16-like weapons lock back the bolt when the mag's empty, so unless the bolt catch was broken, there's little need to pull the charging handle when reloading. You could always smack the forward assist for some peace of mind, though.

Good work so far, though! Far better than most you see on YouTube!

great job !!! but if you can maybe try to use the left hand to charge the charging handle ... thats the typical way that most shooters would because you can tilt the weapon and look down into the chamber without removing the trigger finger. GReat job !!

Very true... They tend to "hook" their left index finger, approach the charging handle latch (which is on the left side of the inverted "T"), their finger then presses that latch, and they pull rearward... and then let go...

Course I have a larger charging handle latch, which makes it easy to use the entire palm of left hand, and then pull towards myself, and then let go. But yes, this is how its supposed to be done...

Also, pretty much its a general rule that for any kind of defensive weapons use... You reload and manipulate the bolt with your support hand. Basically your never supposed to take your hand off the firing grip (as opposed to forward support grips).

With AK Users, as the charging handle is on the wrong side (For right handed people that is), the user is supposed to fire the gun, then takes the magazine out with his support hand, then reaches for a fresh one, then places in the fresh one. THEN he rotates the AK counter-clockwise, about 70-90 degrees... Then with the palm of his support hand, charges the handle.

Wait, you pull the charging handle back, but when a M16A4, or whatever you are using in the video that is fully automatic, runs completely out of rounds, the charging handle is "stuck back" and you have to slap the bolt release.

Actually, yes. Yes it will. Even if you already have a round in the chamber, it'll eject that round and chamber a new one. Also, racking the charging handle back and letting it fly is also the correct way to reload an empty AR-15 (empty as in no round in the chamber).

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but pushing the forward assist chambers a round into the chamber in the case it doesn't chamber properly. It's usually thought of as a way to "fix" jams, but, from what I've seen/heard, pushing a round where it doesn't wanna go is just asking for trouble (thanks ShakKen :D ). There's actually a video on Youtube where some kid blows up the magazine and receiver of his M16 when his round KBs in his rifle...after he repeatedly pushes the forward assist several times.

It should properly load, but you have to make sure it locks, because if the internals are dirty, it might not close correctly. And I've actually read stories of guns not properly seating the round with the charging handle. It all depends, so thats why the Army usually taps the bolt catch then the forward assist. So its preferable to simply tap the bolt catch then hit the forward assist

The charging handle won't lock all the way forward only if there's some grime blocking it. If there is actually something big enough to do that, the bolt catch/forward assist may not work either.

Also, if you carry the charging handle forward, it also might not lock correctly.

The bolt catch won't work with a "fresh" gun, if you catch my drift xD

You reload the M4 exactly the same as any other Armalite gun, and I didn't understand the rest of your post

The Armalite is tha M16 not the M16 and M4 , they are completely different internaly. U also though that the bolt catch is a forward assist. The reload when u got ur first mag is put ur mag in, pull the charging handle and push the forward assist thats beside the charing handle. ONLY after that u can use the bolt catch in a reload.

The M4 has the same Armalite receiver as the M16, only the M4 has a shortened gas system. So you reload it exactly the same as an M16, or any other gun with an Armalite receiver. This includes the HK416 and I think the FN SCAR

Also recivers are the outside, not the inside. U dont have to use a bolt catch if u dont want to i believe but u have to do the reload in heren first on ur first mag to even USE the bolt catch.

The M16A4 is not a mix of ANYTHING so it looks basically like a M16a2 and has a 3 shot burst a removeable carrying hand but m16,s can have retractable stalks and mayb different looks but b different. sense this is a mod that doesnt matter as much, its mostly cosmetic stuff u need to pay attention to such as the longer barrel, heat shield and full stock.
